Timothy Tangredi, President & Chief Executive Officer   Since 1998, Mr. Tangredi has served as President & CEO and Chairman of the Board for Dais Analytic Corporation. Mr. Tangredi executed strategic purchases of Analytic Power and American Fuel Cell Corporation, initiated four foreign joint ventures, created Dais' current relationship with China, and raised over $24M for Dais. Mr. Tangredi previously worked for AT&T, and later grew and sold two businesses. He holds a BS in Finance and a MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Scott Ehrenberg, Chief Technology Officer   Mr. Ehrenberg has a strong back ground in materials, electrolytes & uses, nanostructure material design and fabrication, manu- facturing line start-up and scale, supply chain procurement and management, and application development. He previously worked on new materials and electronics packaging at the IBM Watson Center R&D. Mr. Ehrenberg's background also includes two previous startups in the field of electronic packaging and ultrasonic devices: a firm which became Tessera of San Jose, CA, and Sono-Tek of Milton, NY. He is the Founder of Dais, and holds 15 US patents. He earned a BS in Engineering Science from Penn State.

Denise Sanderson, Managing Director — Business Development   Ms. Sanderson is responsible for market development of Dais' growing portfolio of advanced water & energy nanotechnology products, and managing special projects in support of the growth of the Company. Prior to joining Dais, Ms. Sanderson served in a variety of business development roles, securing over $156M in capital investment, in excess of 900,000 square feet of new construction, and over 1,300 new jobs. Denise earned her BS in Management Science and Economics from State University of New York, College at Cortland..

David Longacre, Vice President of Sales & Marketing   Mr. Longacre has 29 years of progressive HVAC industry experience with large multi-national firms (York, Trane, Siemens and Johnson Controls). He has demonstrated success in growing selling and marketing organizations, having raised product revenues from $1M to $30M. Mr. Longacre also established, managed and grew OEM and independent networks of sales representatives. He received a BS in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University.

Judith Norstrud, Chief Financial Officer   Ms. Norstrud began her career at Fraser & Company in St. Petersburg, FL in 1992. She later moved to PricwaterhouseCoopers, LLC in Tampa 1996 (Senior Associate/Public Companies) and to Manager - Assurance Services at Pender Newkirk, LP in Tampa in 1999. Since 2002, she has served as a Partner at Norco Accounting and Consulting, in Tampa. Ms. Norstrud's skills include SEC filings, compliance laws/regulations, audits, internal control review, and due diligence for acquisition and mergers. She is a CPA holding a Masters in Accountancy ('92) and a BS in Accounting from the University of South Florida ('90). Judy is a member of AICPA - American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Craig Ducharme, General Manager of Manufacturing and Operations   Mr. Ducharme brings 17 years HVAC manufacturing experience to Dais and is a recognized leader in the training and implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S programs. He is responsible for all manufacturing and supply chain operations at Dais and is a senior member of management. Mr. Ducharme previously worked at Metal Industries, where he progressed up the factory hierarchy attaining the position of plant manager.
